(Prospective) Dr. Tash.

26/07/12 - 27/07/12 (I was watching the Olympic opening ceremony and forgot about posting, haha!)

Hey! Just to introduce myself, my name's Natasha and my UCAS form would tell you that I'm a prospective medical student looking to apply to <insert uni name here> in Britain for a six-year undergraduate medical course, possibly including an integrated BSc. In my own words, however, I'm a seventeen year old that still feels sixteen, a little apprehensive yet excited about the big journey I'm about to take.

Anyway, that's that out of the way! I've been wanting to start writing for a while about this, primarily as a cathartic experience but also to try and connect with other people going through the same application process, to swap stories and share emotions. I've just got back from a trip travelling around England on my own doing work experience for my application and I guess it's made me realise how huge this is, how quickly I'm growing up.

So I guess this is just a starter post, just to get used to this blog format - it's my first one yay! I shall try and post as often as I can about anything and everything related to my application, so that when I'm old and grey I can have a little online record of my application process.

Here's hoping I'm successful!
